Definitions

Hexir means the mobile service, website pages, and related support materials provided under this brand. Look Notes means user-created outfit posts, captions, tags, and related images. Room Picks means Hexir’s A or B community decision prompts. Style Preview means the optional AI-assisted image feature that uses a selected user photo and a reference look to generate a preview. Credits means the in-app balance used for optional Style Preview requests. Profile Room means the area where you manage your profile, favorites, notes, and related settings. Service means all of the foregoing together.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms apply when you access or use Hexir. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the service

You may use Hexir only for lawful personal purposes and only in a way that does not interfere with the experience of other users. You may not use the Service to upload unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape the Service, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, or interfere with platform security or payment controls.

User accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your device session and your account information. Keep your profile details accurate and do not share access in a way that causes unauthorized use or abuse of Hexir.

Look Notes and community posts

You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant Hexir a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and distribute that content inside the Service so the app can function. This includes showing your Look Notes, profile image, saved media, and Room Picks participation inside Hexir.

You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, sexually exploitative, hateful, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for the Service. Hexir may remove content, suspend features, or restrict access when content appears to violate these Terms, community expectations, or legal obligations.

If you believe content in Hexir infringes your rights or violates these Terms, contact support@Hexir.com with enough detail for review.

AI-assisted features

Style Preview is an optional AI-assisted feature intended to help you visualize a look before you save it or wear it. It is not a promise of exact real-world fit, fabric behavior, or appearance under all lighting and body movement conditions.

By choosing to use Style Preview, you acknowledge that the feature depends on third-party cloud and AI processing services and that preview output may be incomplete, stylized, delayed, or unavailable. You can withdraw the separate Style Preview consent in Settings, but that will disable future preview requests until you agree again.

In-app purchases and Credits

Credits are licensed, not sold, for use inside Hexir. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used for the in-app purposes that Hexir describes at the time of purchase or grant.

Purchased Credits are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Refund requests and billing disputes are generally handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, except where law requires a different process.

Except where required by law, Credits are non-refundable once added to your balance. Promotional Credits may carry separate limits or restrictions shown in the campaign notice. Unless a shorter promotional window is shown in-app, unused promotional Credits expire 12 months after issue.

Hexir may change Credit packages, feature pricing, or preview usage rates in the future. Those changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively change Credits already used.

Intellectual property

Hexir, its software, interface elements, visual branding, editorial copy, and service design are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Hexir is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hexir disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, exact preview accuracy, or that every community submission will remain available at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hexir and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the total amount you paid to Hexir in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Service availability

Hexir may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, security, product updates, partner changes, or legal reasons. We may also limit access when needed to prevent abuse or comply with platform rules.

Amendments

Hexir may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, Hexir will provide notice through the app or an equivalent in-app notification at least 14 days before the change becomes effective. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer law in your location provides otherwise.
